Maddox @ 11 Months

I can hardly believe that in just a few weeks my little guy will be turning 1!  He continues to be a wonderful easy going baby and has really started to develop a funny guy personality! He has four teeth with 1 coming in and has been a pretty good teether minus a few restless nights.  He loves big people food and his new favorite is Go-Gurts and popsicles! The minute he sees his brother and sister with either one he is at their side begging for some! His favorite thing to do in the Kitchen is open the cupboard under the sink and unroll the entire roll of paper towels.  He also loves playing in the fridge, freezer and of course, the dishwasher.  He has taken his first steps and we know it won't be long before we have a walker on our hands.  He loves to be outside even when it feels like a million degrees out and cries whenever someone closes the door before he has a chance to escape. He is in love with the vacuum.  The kid could sit and play with this thing all day, even after it tipped over on him once! He recently figured out how to unplug things and now thinks its a fun game to unplug the vacuum numerous times while we are trying to vacuum.

His favorite person his still his dad, but occasionally he prefers me:)  He's really mild mannered whenever we are out shopping or eating and a lot of times I forget I have him with me because he's so good to just sit and people watch. The fact that my other two keep me running everywhere and occupied may contribute to his easy goingness, he's so thoughtful to behave for me:) It's hard to believe its been almost a year since he came into our family but he is definitely a bright spot in our lives.
