We got the chance to have my parents stay with us for a couple days on their way home from visiting my Grandma and Brother. We decided we wanted to do something fun and knew that the kids would love to go bowling. Curtis and I bowled a lot while we were dating and I even took a bowling class at Snow...it was great fun! I can't believe that in the almost 3 years we have lived here we have not once gone bowling or taken our kids, we were well overdue! We got the kids their own lane with bumpers while the 4 adults battled it out on another. Curtis made sure to teach Tay and Bos how to get there ball to the end and each had a slightly, ok, severe curve! As the game went on, Taylor got more skilled at throwing it faster and knocking more down each turn.
Boston had amazing form in this picture for his first time ever bowling! Funny thing is, I was lying flat on my back while taking the picture. He went up for his first turn and I was hurrying to get a picture of it and totally tripped over the ball reture and fell flat on my butt! Luckily we were on the end lane so I think I avoided too much humiliation. You forget how slippery those floors can be:)

Someone was always holding Maddox because he'd make a bee line for the lanes or the ball return anytime he was put down. I think he was a little bummed he didn't get to play. A lot of people say Maddox looks just like Curtis....I have a hard time seeing it. And on a side note, my hubster has lost 20 lbs recently and I have to say how great he looks...he's such a support to me, so I had to give him a shout out!
Grandma and Grandpa with the kiddos! So amazing that everyone was looking at the camera! Others, including myself, have said that they see a lot of my dad in Maddox. I think its harder to see as he gets older, but he and Taylor definitely got their baby blues from him.
Taylor looking very grown up! I can't believe she starts school in just over a week. It will be so weird having her gone all day long!
My dad and Curtis beat the pants off my mom and I, but we had fun all the same. I usually need a warm up game to get in the swing of things and my score definitely reflected that, but it was such a blast!

We went bowling at that same place a couple of weeks ago! Both you and Curtis look super skinny!
