Taylor's Birthday!
Last Wednesday, Taylor celebrated her 4th birthday! She had been talking about her birthday for months and really wanted to have a friend party. I was hesitant at first and then decided to let her invite 3 of her friends over for a small party. We decorated cupcakes, had ice cream, played games and opened presents...we kept it as simple as possible and I was still worn out by the end of it! I learned my lesson and decided that birthdays will be strictly family and close friends until they are old enough to entertain their friends by themselves!
Then on Wednesday the 7th, her actual bday, we met up with some of our friends and headed to Jumping Jacks for some fun! My kids love this place and we had the whole place to ourselves for over an hour!
For dinner we invited our friends, the Felix's, and headed to the newest restaurant in town, Brick Oven. We had some fabulous pizza and salads and Taylor got a special treat and singing to top off her meal!
We topped off the night with the opening of presents! Taylor was so excited with her loot this year which included, a new scooter, a princess dress, some new notebooks and markers, and a doll head from the hair school to practice her hairstyiling skills! We had a great day celebrating and are so proud and happy to have Taylor as part of our family!

I have been waiting for the birthday post!! Looks like she had a fun time and she is quite the pretty little lady and princess too. In later years Boston will love the fact he is the only guy at the table with all the cute girls!!!!!
That really was such a fun day!! And she wasn't even afraid of the head!
So cute!!! The head is a little creepy but a great diversion from her own hair! Love the princess costume. She is a doll and we are excited to see her and all of you soon!
Oh how fun! She just keeps getting bigger and she looks so much older than she is to me! What a great mom for letting her have a friend party!
Happy Belated Birthday Taylor! We can't wait to see you tomorrow.
