Picture Catchup

I have slowly been collecting a stash of pictures that I have taken at random times over the past couple weeks, and decided its finally time to post them. Boston has started entering the terrible twos. My sweet, loveable little boy has become a terror overnight, although I'm sure his sister may have contributed to this. His inner mischievious boy is coming out in ways that makes me want to pull my hair out. He can be such a little stinker at times, but we find ourselves laughing at the things he does. On this particular day, he decided it would be fun to taste the dish soap that was sitting on the counter. He pushed a chair over to the counter, climbed up, and proceeded to help himself. It says environmentally friendly on the bottle...I wonder if that applies to children as well.

He likes pushing the chair to the counter and climbing up...he feels like a big boy and loves that it drives his mom crazy. After dinner one night, he proceeded with his new-found task. He had his eye on something and it wasn't till he reached it, that I found out what it was.

He obviously didnt get his share of green beans at dinner, and decided he wanted to finish off what was left in the bowl...one handful at a time! Notice how many are in the first picture compared to the last! He has also been really into hats lately...mostly Taylor's and Curt's. I think he was upset that he didn't have any hats of his own and decided to take it upon himself to find one...

I have been trying to get the kids wardrobe updated for the nice weather we are having and I found the cutest dress for Taylor at Old Navy. I had a 30% off coupon I could use multiple times and I went CRAZY! She gets so excited for new clothes, especially the new swimsuit I bought her. She wore the dress to church on Sunday and wanted me to take her picture in it. So cute, right?! She kept spinning around at church and was loving how long it was! She has become so grown up...well, minus the fits she throws occasionally! She loves singing in the car and wants it up really loud most of the time. These kids are the bright spot of my days and I love that I can be home with them everyday and watch them grow into little people!

I think your Mom and I saw that dress at Old Navy and thought it was really cute. She looks so grown up in it . . . and she is so beautiful. I don't blame Boston for the dish soap thing. At first glance, I thought it was a bottle of OJ. I am so terrified for Emma to start moving. It has been years since we have done any child-proofing and I know it is going to be crazy! You can tell that she is ready to take off as soon as her little body will let her. Thanks for sharing the cute photos . . . keep 'em coming!

I love it! I am glad that he is starting to act like Trenton. Just wait until he torments Taylor just for the fun of it! I swear my kids act more like twins every day. Taylor looks adorable in that dress. Maybe I'll have to get Daisy that dress and we can take pictures of them together this summer! Miss you tons.
