Mother's Day

I had a great Mother's Day and was excited to have my mom here with me. She is an amazing women and has been a great Mom and friend to me. She is always there to listen and offer her advise and is willing to help out whenever needed. I only can hope to be half of the mom that she is to me and my brothers and sister. The day started off with me getting to stay in bed an extra 45 minutes!!! Although we were late to church because I wasnt ready on time, but it was sure nice to lounge in bed and have Curtis feed the kids:) Taylor and Curt came in to wish me a happy mothers day and handed me a gift. I was shocked since its no secret Curt isnt always the greatest at holidays and birthdays. He got me a Willow Tree statue with a really nice card. It was an overall nice, relaxing day.....except for 2 overly tired kids that didn't have great naps! Its nice to have at least one day a year where all that you do for your kids is acknowledged and appreciated.
