And so it begins......

Yesterday, we finally cracked down and decided it was time to get serious about packing. Thanks to my mom, we were able to get a lot accomplished. She's been so great to come and help us....or I'm sure if you asked her it would be more like her doing it all, but we appreciate it all the same:) Packing is a little more difficult with an extra body around. It seems like just as you start to do something, one needs to eat or have a diaper changed. Curt kept the kids busy in the garage playing with the boxes while my mom and I packed up the kitchen. Taylor was so excited that Dad had built her a house to play in. After it was built, she asked to have her juice, her blanket, and a flashlight. Boxes have seriously been her favorite toy for the past couple weeks. We are making progress, although if you looked at our house it would seem like we were just making a big mess. This is why I put off packing so long, I hate that the house gets trashed in the process and you still have to live in it! So far the kids are handling the change okay, although they can definitely tell something is about to change. Boston still won't sleep through the night all the way and Taylor seems to be having a few too many meltdowns and time outs;) Slowly, but surely we will get there. I'll post some Mother's Day pictures a little later this evening, hope you are all having a great one!

I'm so sorry you have to do the moving thing . . . it is no fun, especially with little needy ones around. I am glad you have your Mom there to help. Good luck and let us know what happens with the job thing! And, you are not biased, your kids are adorable!
