A few weeks ago we started a project that I've wanted to have done for ages. We can't afford a new kitchen table now, and to be honest, my kids would probably destroy it in minutes; so we decided to give ours a facelift. Actually, the chairs are the only ones that made the change, but hopefully soon the rest will follow! What once was black looks even better in.... Red! The table will eventually turn black...when we get a chance, but at least its a start!
Taylor has also been really enjoying pre-school lately. I'm glad she has that to get her out of the house since I haven't been up for much of anything lately. She seems to be doing really well which makes me happy since we've struggled at home with her when it comes to listening and doing as she's told. I suppose she's reacting to the way things have been, but its good to know that she doesn't act out at school. She came home the other day after having taken a trip to the moon.... She even brought back a moon rock! Boston had to get in on the action too and thought her helmet was pretty cool! She also came home that day with a special treat that she told me only her and a couple other kids got because they had done so well with their writing! Talk about a proud mommy moment!
When my kids are screaming at each other or fighting with fists, they come up with some good ways to entertain themselves while I'm dead to the world on the couch! This little game seemed to occupy them for quite awhile and they were even nice enough to take turns!
We can't wait until Friday when we find out what this baby is and who will be officially outnumbered. Curtis left today for New Jersey and doesn't get home until Friday evening. I'll be finding out on my own and surprising him later with the news when we pick him up in Vegas. Taylor woke up sick today, which always happens when Curtis goes outta town, and I'm just hoping to make it through the week on my own and still not feeling 100%. Hopefully my posts will not be so few and far between and I can do a better job of documenting the exciting lives that we lead!

Hey girl! Good luck this week! So I am totally going to be at the Vegas airport (McCarran) on Friday night! Ha! Ha! Yeah, I live here now and my sis is coming into town to play! Hope that all goes well. Love ya!
I totally get how you are feeling. Being pregnant and feeling crappy while trying to take care of two other kids is VERY trying. I'm so sorry that you aren't feeling good. I hope for your sake it doesn't last too long. We should get the kids together to play while we lounge! Hang in there. I can't wait to hear what you are having:)
Sorry you're not feeling well! I can totally empathize! It's no fun! And it's really no fun not having a hubby around to help! Can't wait to hear what your having!
Good luck this week with the kids and the fatigue and nausea. I hope that you get to feeling better soon. I LOVE the red chairs. I have been thinking about you and just how cute your house is and how much I wish that you were here to help me. Can't wait to hear on Friday! I am hoping for a girl!
