An Unexpected Vacation

This past weekend we took an unexpected trip to Arizona. What we have been hoping for since we moved here has finally arrived, a chance to move! Curt's company offered him a transfer to Sierra Vista, Arizona, which is about an hour south of Tucsan. We jumped in the car Thursday after work and started heading there to check it out. We learned our lesson the first time about not visiting a place before you move there! We immediately loved the scenery, it reminded us of being back in Cedar City and St. George. We have definitely missed the mountains. We spent the weekend driving around and getting a feel for the place and attended church with our friends, the Frehners. We even had a great time hanging out with Cameron and Mandy and their kids who came down for a visit! They drove 6 hours in one day just for a visit, something I could definitely get used to. That was a major deal sealer for me...being so close to family to allow for a day trip! We loved it! We felt good about the area, and they even have a TARGET!!!! Curtis called Monday and accepted the job so it looks like we will be moving in May. I posted some pictures from our trip and made sure to take lots of pictures around town since most people haven't ever heard of Sierra Vista. It was a great weekend and we are truly excited about our next adventure. Arizona, here we come!!!!!
