I have to brag about my husband and his ability to create some fabulous meals. There are two foods that my husband goes all out on when he cooks..tacos and salads. Yesterday he decided to make lunch for us and this is what he created! He was so proud of himself that he had to take a picture of it. This was restaurant quality food and tasted better than most salads you would get at a restaurant. I am blessed to have a husband that likes to cook and is more than willing most of the time. It's nice to be able to share in the responsibility!

My husband is to lazy to read the correct directions on how to cook Macaroni, he'd rather eat bread than cook something. You're a lucky woman :)
